As part of a comprehensive redesign, the visual identity of the Großglockner Ultratrail has been rethought. The focus was on a clear brand structure, better recognizability, and a strong visual link for all touchpoints – from the course to communication to partnerships.

Challenge

To further develop an existing, established event without losing its credibility.

The branding needed to convey both the toughness and seriousness of the race as well as the emotional power of the alpine environment – while also being flexible enough to work with strong partners like The North Face.

The new appearance of the Großglockner Ultratrails is powerful, reduced, and future-proof.

It respects the history of the race while simultaneously opening up space for further development – year after year, route after route.
